I have been a working artist for the last 30 years. For the first 12 years I was involved in the making of custom stained glass windows, fascinated by the interchange of light and color. In 1984 my focus shifted to 'warm' glass. I started fusing layers of glass, producing a wide range of art, including large plates, bowls, wall tiles and relief sculptures. Much of the work was centered around mandala and figurative imagery. Most recently I find myself captivated by the intracasies of mosaic. As my moods change, so change the style in which I work—always paying particular attention to the mix of detail, brilliance of reflection, light, color and imagination.
